What materials should I prepare?
Provide current photos, floor plans and renovation specifications, as separate files or in a ZIP. Include any agreed details and additional instructions.
What will I receive?
A ZIP containing renovation images and a printable proposal PDF, with explanations identifying reference CGs and furniture staging where applicable.
Can I see the images before paying? How long does it take?
Yes. Your first three projects carry no obligation to pay. Unpaid results can be downloaded for seven days from the first visit to the order screen after registering an email address; delivery and revisions do not extend this window. We aim to send the questionnaire within one hour of the request and deliver the work within one hour of receiving your answers. Payment guidance is emailed after the first request is accepted. The monthly plan is designed to begin with the first payment. Payment acceptance is currently being prepared; availability is shown in the Japanese workspace.
